- My husband and I have been together for almost twenty three years. We met each other while we were both living in Jamaica, West Indies doing volunteer work. Little did we know then that we would have so many incredible adventures together traveling. Now in 2007, we have an 11 year old boy (Nolan) and a 15 year old girl (Meddie) who love the outdoors and traveling as much as we do!! In addition to travel, I am a graphic designer. I design patterns and repeat images that can be used on any commercial product. We both find inspiration in my parents who, now in their 80's, still travel the world with open minds and try to learn something new every day. They have always encouraged their children and grand children to reach out for experiences of new cultures, alternative points of view, and different geographies. This Blog is dedicated to the travels, adventures and stories associated with generations looking to reach out for something new.
